
First, please take the Hokuriku Shinkansen (bullet train) to Nagano Station. It takes 1.5 hours from Tokyo Station to Nagano Station on the Kagayaki. If you take an express bus from Tokyo to Nagano Station, it takes about 4 hours.
From Nagano Station (Zenkoji exit), please take bus number 74 (destination Kinasa) from bus stop no. 7. It takes about 60 minutes to the last stop, Kinasa. The fare is 1200 yen one way.
*Note: The bus to Togakushi also departs from the same stop. Please be careful not to board the wrong bus.

If you wish to drive by yourself, it takes about 40 minutes by car. From Nagano Station (Zenkoji exit), take Route 406 and go through a number of tunnels to reach Kinasa.
